Terms & Conditions
In these terms and conditions, we or us means CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary. You or client means the person who has accepted these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be revised, amended or modified, without prior notice from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms and conditions take effect when they are posted. A binding contract will only exist between you and a supplier when payment has been made by you and we confirm the booking.
Proprietor: CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary acts as a provider. CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary have no responsibility for the services of the agents. All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the provider. You should not presume any legal relationship or joint venture, agency, partnership or employment agreement between CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary and any agent or supplier.
Deposits: A 20% deposit per person is required upon booking to secure your reservation
Payments:
- Transfer fees are the responsibility of guests and/or agents
- Payment to be made by AUD cash transfers to Panin bank Medan
- When payments appear, receipts and details of transaction will be sent via e-mail
- More than 6 months out final payments 3 months out
- 3-6 months out final payment 2 months out
1-3 months out final payment immediately
Cancellations: In the event of cancellation by registrant, final payment is non-refundable but transferable up until 30days prior to departure. The client agrees that they will be liable for any cancellation fees incurred as a result of cancelling bookings.
Refunds: All trips are non-refundable
Full Payment: A binding contract will be made by you when the deposit is received.
Insurance: It is essential that you obtain adequate travel insurance to cover cancellations, loss of deposits, bad weather, cancellation fees, baggage and medical expenses, illnesses, injuries and or accidents. CV. Ujung Lolok Sanctuary do not provide travel insurance nor are we an insurance agency. Accordingly you must obtain your own insurance.
Flights: The flight company reserves the right to amend or cancel flight itineraries due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Liability: You agree that to the extent permitted by law CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary shall have no liability whatsoever in relation to any personal injury, death or illness, damage or theft of personal property, expenses or inconvenience caused through delay, disappointed expectations, accidents or any other losses (including consequential loss) suffered by you or your dependants or your travel companions arising out of or in connection with any act or omission (including negligence) on the part of CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary, its Directors, employees, servants or agents or any service obtained through CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary.
You agree to accept at your cost all risks in connection with the service provided by CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary.
Cv.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary, its agents, employees or affiliates will not be held responsible or liable for any changes having to be made to itineraries or bookings once they are completed and paid for. The client accepts that the changing of an itinerary may incur penalties or charges by other service providers and agrees that it is they who will be liable for such penalties or charges.
CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary accepts no responsibility or liability for incorrect information. You agree that to the extent permitted by law CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary shall have no liability whatsoever in relation to any personal injury, death or illness, damage or theft of personal property, expenses or inconvenience caused through delay, alteration or curtailment of any tour, disappointed expectations, accidents or any other losses (including consequential loss) suffered by you or your dependants or your travel companions arising out of or in connection with any act or omission (including negligence) on the part of CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary, its Directors, employees, servants or agents or any service obtained through CV Ujung Lolok Sanctuary.
You acknowledge and agree that to the extent permitted by the Trade Practices Act and relevant State legislation CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary excludes liability under the Trade Practices Act to the fullest extent possible.
Whilst every endeavour will be made to keep the arrival/departure times stated in the itinerary, no guarantee will be made that these will be kept. CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary will not be liable for any costs incurred through failure to connect with any other service. Any personal expenses incurred by the client as a result of any delay.
CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary does not take any responsibility in the event of accident or mishap.
Indemnity: By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to indemnify CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary, agents, employees and suppliers from all claims, charges, demands, damage, liability, loss and expenses of any nature and however arising whether directly or indirectly incurred or suffered by CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary or any supplier directly or indirectly by reason of an act or omission which you commit in breach of these terms and conditions.
Disclaimer: CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary, agents, employees of will do it’s best to make sure your arrangements are satisfactory, however, no responsibility will be accepted for goods and services offered and supplied by third parties. CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever which may arise in any way in connection with the offer of goods and services arranged by CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary on the behalf of any third parties.
Intellectual Property Rights: All itineraries are protected by copyright. The design and content featured including graphics, photography and the like are subject to copyright and is owned by CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary.
Amendments: CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary may, without prior notice, amend or modify these terms and conditions by posting the amended terms and conditions on the CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary website.
Privacy: Protection of your personal details is of the utmost importance to CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary. We will endeavour to maintain confidentiality over our client's information and will only provide your relevant personal details to other service providers solely for the purpose of booking travel arrangements or where required to under law. This includes tour companies, car hire agencies and accommodation providers.
Legal Obligations: Before you proceed to book this service please be aware that you enter into a legally binding contract to acquire such service from the time payment is made. After this point any cancellations will incur cancellation fees.
You agree that CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary, agents and employees are not liable to you in contract or in tort arising out of, or in connection with, or relating to: a) the services provided by CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary or any breach of these conditions; b) any fact, matter or thing relating to the services provided by CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary; or c) any error (whether negligent or in breach of contract or not) in information supplied to you before or after the date of your use of CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary.
Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is void or voidable or unenforceable or illegal but would not be void or voidable or unenforceable or illegal as aforesaid if it were read down and it is capable of being read down, it shall be read down accordingly.
No Warranty: CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary provides its services (including its website) without any warranties (to the extent permitted by law). In particular CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary makes no representations nor gives any warranties that the services or products available through CV.Ujung Lolok Sanctuary are suitable for your intended use or requirements. While all reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that any information or advice provided is correct (including cost information), CV.Ujung Lolok sanctuary gives no warranty as to the accuracy of such information, whether provided verbally or in writing.
