Banyak Island Lodge Photography Packages

The photographer for 2010 will be using top of the line HD Canon Camera with water housing.

There are three ways to purchase the photos from your trip to the Banyak Island Lodge. Purchasing the complete package ahead of time to get a discount, by purchasing individual sessions, or individual photos. Unless the complete package is booked ahead of time, there is no guarantee the photographer will be there or will be shooting during your trip.

Pricing is as follows:

Complete Photo Package - $400 per person purchased at the same time as lodge payment. Guests buying the package on arrival to island pay $500. The 8 best sessions (2hrs each) will be shot for their duration. There is a minimum of 2 guests for the complete photo package to be available.  Average guest would accumulate around 300-1000 images which will be burned to a CD or DVD for you to take home and get large HD prints. Water photos are taken based on conditions and discretion by photographer.

Individual Session Package – Guests can purchase individual sessions and receive all photos from that session. Prices based on equipment used, length of session, and number of surfers interested. (Approx $100/hr or $50/person)

By the Photo Purchase –  $20/photo (1-15), $10/photo (15-50), $500 (ALL photos).

Q. How do I get my images?

We deliver a CD or DVD with all photos purchased. This can be taken to any printer to get HD photos for your wall.

Q. Are the images copyright protected?


The copyright of the images belongs to the photographer. You are still free to use the images for non-commercial purposes.

Q. How does the photographer decide when to take photos and what equipment?

The photographer will do his best to use the equipment the customers desire most, whether it be from the boat/land or from the water. Final decisions about when to take photos will be made by the photographer based on customer interest and surf/weather conditions.
